24th April 2008 - installing the poo pipes

The sewer pipes have been going through the school from the pump house - and they will go through our yard in the next couple of weeks - in preparation, the big boys toys came in to clear all the trees - including the big tree that used to have our cubby house/brick pallet as kids - this is the big ole stump - finally out of the ground!

22nd April 2008 - the big long trench!!

Tuesday 22nd April, after the big electricity ordeal, Bernie came and dug the big trench - from the road to the shed, 90-odd metres of trench at 600mm deep - we will put the electricity, water and phone cables in them.....

12th April 2008 - Slab is laid!!!

So the slab was poured on Saturday April 12th, while we were away in Sydney - we came home Sunday to see our new shed slab!!! Yeah!!

9th April 2008 - plastic bits - getting ready for the big pour

8th April 2008 - Pouring the footings

Concrete in holes - a good start.....

2nd April 2008 - marking out shed area and digging footing holes and delivery of the shed bits (Busy day!!!)

Exciting times - finally we see some action!!
